No hedging on this page. If something here is unclear, email us before you order and we will fix the wording.
Orders collect until the last Monday of the month, then the whole batch is made Tuesday to Thursday and dispatched together on the Friday. Your dispatch date is shown in the configurator before you pay, and it does not move.
Order after the cutoff and you are in the following batch, dispatching {{ nextDispatchLabel }}.
Transit times are business days from dispatch and exclude WA, NT and far north QLD, where road freight adds two to four days. Band C and D deliveries are kerbside or depot collection — the driver will not carry a 2.4 metre carton inside.

Freight damage is rare and it is our problem, not yours. There is one thing we need from you, and it is time-limited because the carrier requires it.
Every Kerf shelf is cut to your measurements, so we cannot resell it. That is standard for custom-made goods under Australian Consumer Law. Check your dimensions twice before the batch closes — and email us if you are unsure, because we would rather answer a question than remake a shelf.
You have a right to a product that is well made and matches what we described. If a shelf arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will remake it or refund it — your choice, and we pay the freight both ways.
Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
